Feeling stuck? Want to take the next step?

Many clients come to us unsure of what to do now. The 15-hour sprint is a quick and easy way to highlight potential issues and suggest how to tackle them. And if things are going well, it will also reassure you that you are doing the right things and are moving in the right direction.

What is it?

The 15-hour sprint will dive into the most critical parts of your business and check they are performing properly. We will quickly highlight the areas of the business that need some focus and let you know what needs to be done.

The secret sauce

Most consultants charge you a fortune to tell you what you already know or give you a plan they know you are never going to be able to execute.

Our advice comes from founder to founder, CEO to CEO. We know first-hand what it is like to run startups and scale-ups. And hence know what you need is quick, honest, pragmatic and practical advice, complete with a no pie chart guarantee.

How it works

  1. We sign an NDA, and agree timings

  2. We send you a detailed questionnaire covering the most critical parts of your business, including mission, founders' motivations, finances, sales progress, marketing strategy and performance, supply chain, sustainability and your people.

  3. Once we have the answers, we will review how you are getting on.

  4. We will then produce a report highlighting where things are going well and areas needing attention. We will also suggest an action plan to get you started.

  5. We will present our findings and discuss what it means for you and your business.

How long does it take?

The whole piece of work is approx 15 hours of our time. The questionnaire will take you a few hours to pull together the answers.
